John W. Ketchum is chairman, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of NextEra Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NEE), a leading clean energy company. He was named president and CEO in March 2022 and became chairman of the board of directors in July 2022. Mr. Ketchum is also chairman of the company’s rate-regulated electric utility Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) as well as chairman and CEO of NextEra Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: NEP), a growth-oriented limited partnership formed by NextEra Energy to acquire, manage and own contracted clean energy projects with stable, long-term cash flows with a focus on renewable energy projects.

Mr. Ketchum joined NextEra Energy in 2002. He has served as president and CEO of NextEra Energy Resources, a competitive clean energy supplier and the world’s largest generator of renewable energy from the wind and sun and a world leader in battery storage. He has also served as chief financial officer of NextEra Energy and as chief financial officer of FPL. His previous roles at NextEra Energy Partners include president and chief financial officer.

Mr. Ketchum holds a Master of Laws degree in taxation and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Law Review. Mr. Ketchum earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and finance, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona. He has also completed the Emerging CFO – Strategic Financial Leadership Program at Stanford University. 

Rebecca Kujawa is the president and chief executive officer of NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, the world’s largest generator of renewable energy from the wind and sun, and a world leader in battery storage. Ms. Kujawa is also president and a member of the board of directors of NextEra Energy Partners, LP, a growth-oriented limited partnership formed by NextEra Energy (NYSE: NEE) to acquire, manage and own contracted clean energy projects.

Ms. Kujawa joined NextEra Energy in 2007 in NextEra Energy Marketing and has held various business and finance roles. She previously served as executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer (CFO) for NextEra Energy, a leading clean energy company; executive vice president, finance and CFO of the company’s rate-regulated electric utility subsidiary, Florida Power & Light Company; and CFO and a member of the board of directors of NextEra Energy Partners. In addition, she has held the positions of vice president of business management for NextEra Energy Resources; vice president of business management for the Midwest and International region for NextEra Energy Resources; and director of investor relations for NextEra Energy. Ms. Kujawa serves on the board of directors for Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Kujawa served as senior vice president of equity research at Stanford Group Company, and she began her career as an equity derivatives analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Kujawa holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and previously was a member of the New York Stock Exchange and National Association of Securities Dealers’ joint committee on the research analyst qualification exams. Ms. Kujawa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in public policy studies and graduated with honors from Duke University.

Kirk Crews is executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer (CFO) for NextEra Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NEE), a leading clean energy company. Mr. Crews is also executive vice president, finance and CFO of the company’s vertically integrated rate-regulated electric utility subsidiary, Florida Power & Light Company, as well as CFO and a member of the board of directors of NextEra Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: NEP), a growth-oriented limited partnership formed by NextEra Energy to acquire, manage and own contracted clean energy projects.

Mr. Crews joined NextEra Energy in 2016 and has held various business and finance roles. Most recently, he served as vice president, business management for NextEra Energy Resources, the world’s largest generator of renewable energy from the wind and sun and a world leader in battery storage. Mr. Crews had direct profit and loss responsibility of NextEra Energy Resources’ approximately 24,600 megawatts of total net generating capacity, primarily in 38 states and Canada as of year-end 2021. He also served as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer for NextEra Energy and as chief accounting officer and controller of NextEra Energy Partners. 

Prior to joining NextEra Energy, Mr. Crews was a partner at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He served as a national office clearing partner, consulting with clients on complex accounting and reporting matters. During his career at Deloitte, Mr. Crews primarily served clients in the financial services and energy industries. From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Crews worked in the office of the chief accountant of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a professional accounting fellow.

Mr. Crews earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in leadership studies from the University of Richmond. He also completed the Emerging CFO – Strategic Financial Leadership Program at Stanford University.

Nicole J. Daggs is executive vice president of human resources and corporate services for NextEra Energy, Inc., a leading clean energy company. Nicole is responsible for NextEra Energy’s workforce initiatives including recruiting, learning and development, health and well-being, engagement and recognition, as well as shared services including corporate real estate, corporate security and aviation. She was appointed to her role in January 2024.

Prior to her role as executive vice president, Nicole served as vice president of human resources for Florida Power & Light Company, a subsidiary of NextEra Energy, Inc., and the largest investor-owned electric utility in the nation. She played a key role managing human capital through talent management, leadership development and organizational effectiveness while also holding accountability for corporate labor relations and corporate safety.

Prior to working in human resources and corporate services, Nicole served as vice president, portfolio management and operations in the business management organization of NextEra Energy Resources, which is the world’s largest generator of renewable energy from the wind and sun and a world leader in battery storage. Previously, Nicole held various positions in NextEra Energy Resources, including vice president, Midwest and international, business management, and senior counsel, trading and origination in the legal department. Before joining the company, Nicole practiced law for more than a decade with a focus on transactional matters in the energy sector.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center. She is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida but currently resides in Jupiter with her husband and two sons.

Charles E. Sieving is executive vice president and chief legal, environmental and federal regulatory affairs officer of NextEra Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NEE), a leading clean energy company, executive vice president of Florida Power & Light Company, America’s largest electric utility, and general counsel of NextEra Energy Partners, LP, a growth oriented limited partnership. He is the head of NextEra Energy’s corporate legal department, with responsibility for the legal affairs of the company. Mr. Sieving also oversees the company’s environmental services, federal regulatory affairs, corporate secretary and corporate compliance groups. Mr. Sieving has served in these or substantially equivalent roles since joining NextEra Energy in December 2008 and in the case of NextEra Energy Partners, since its inception in 2014. He also has served as a member of the board of directors of the general partner of NextEra Energy Partners since May 2014.

Previously, Mr. Sieving served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of one of the largest publicly held competitive telecommunications companies at the time, where he had responsibility for legal, regulatory and legislative affairs. Before that, he was a partner in the Corporate, Securities and Finance Practice Group of Hogan & Hartson, L.L.P. in Washington, D.C. where his practice focused on representation of public companies in securities and business combination transactions, on corporate governance and on securities law and stock exchange compliance matters. Mr. Sieving was a frequent contributor to that firm’s publication on SEC and stock exchange developments.

Mr. Sieving received his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was Publications Editor of Cincinnati Law Review, and received his bachelor’s degree from Denison University. He is an active member of the New York and Washington, D.C. bars.

Mark Hickson is executive vice president of corporate development and strategy for NextEra Energy, Inc. In this role, he works to identify and prioritize investment opportunities across the company, as well as corporate strategy, mergers, acquisitions and integration activities. He was appointed to this role in 2017. Mr. Hickson is also executive vice president of corporate development and strategy of NextEra Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: NEP), a growth-oriented limited partnership formed by NextEra Energy, Inc. NextEra Energy Partners acquires, manages and owns contracted clean energy projects with stable, long-term cash flows. He also serves on the board of directors of the general partner of NextEra Energy Partners.

Mr. Hickson joined NextEra Energy in 2012 as vice president, corporate development and operational excellence. In 2015, he was named senior vice president, corporate development, strategy, quality and integration. Prior to joining NextEra Energy, Mr. Hickson worked at Merrill Lynch & Co, where he was given increasing levels of responsibility from 1997-2012 and served as managing director in global mergers and acquisitions until 2012.

Mr. Hickson holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University, where he graduated with honors.

Mark Lemasney is executive vice president of the power generation division of NextEra Energy, Inc. He directs power production activities for all renewable clean energy plants of NextEra Energy’s principal subsidiaries, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) and NextEra Energy Resources, LLC. Under his leadership, the company operates more than 70,000 megawatts of generating capacity at more than 340 sites across the U.S. and Canada, as well as 1,100 miles of pipeline. He was appointed to his current role in October 2022.

Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Lemasney served as vice president of engineering & operations support services in the power generation division. Before that, he served as vice president of NextEra Energy Resources Wind Operations – South; vice president of NextEra Energy Resources Fossil, Solar and Pipeline Operations; and vice president of central maintenance. He was the plant general manager for construction, startup and operation of the Cape Canaveral Next Generation Clean Energy Center. Prior to joining NextEra Energy in 2003, Mr. Lemasney spent several years overseeing construction and commissioning of new power plants worldwide, including at General Electric and Black & Veatch, Inc.

Mr. Lemasney earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering from the Cork Institute of Technology in Ireland. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Florida Professional Engineering license. He and his wife, Courtney, live in Tequesta, Florida with their two children, Carrigan and Brogan.

Ron Reagan is executive vice president of engineering & construction and integrated supply chain for NextEra Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NEE), a leading clean energy company. He is responsible for enterprise-wide power plant engineering and construction activities and enterprise-wide sourcing activities. Mr. Reagan was named to this position in January 2020.

Mr. Reagan has also served as NextEra Energy’s vice president of engineering & construction, vice president of integrated supply chain and vice president of procurement and materials management. In 2006, he joined the Power Marketing unit of NextEra Energy Resources, the company’s competitive generation subsidiary, serving as vice president of asset operations and trading. Earlier, he served in the business management organization with responsibility for several wind, solar, hydroelectric and natural gas assets. He joined the company’s rate-regulated electric utility subsidiary, Florida Power & Light Company, in 1990 and held operational and management positions in the power generation division.

Mr. Reagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Clarkson University. 

Bob Coffey is executive vice president, nuclear division and chief nuclear officer at NextEra Energy, Inc. He is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of the NextEra Energy nuclear fleet, which includes seven operating units at four plant sites.

Dr. Coffey joined NextEra Energy in August 2003 after serving in the United States Navy Nuclear Submarine force from 1982 to 2003. He previously served as the corporate vice president of nuclear, regional vice president of Southern Nuclear Operations; site vice president of Point Beach Nuclear Plant; plant general manager at St. Lucie Nuclear Plant; and numerous management positions at Turkey Point Nuclear Plant.

Dr. Coffey received a Bachelor of Science degree in nuclear engineering technology from Thomas Edison University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Regis University and a Doctorate of Business and Management in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix.
